eTIME only functions properly through the Google Chrome browser
Use Chrome to visit portal.adp.com
After entering eTIME, you will need to allow the download of the Adobe Flash Player by clicking Allow. Upon completion, you will have full access to eTIME.
The online ADP Portal was formerly only used to modify health benefits, manage direct deposits and federal tax, and retrieve pay stubs and W2’s.
Now, through eTIME (under the "Time & Attendance” tab in the portal) employees are able to remotely view schedules and leave balances.
Exempt (non-hourly) employees can also input annual/sick leave, and approve their time-cards. (click here for Salaried employee "How-to-Guide" for eTIME)
Non-Exempt (hourly) employees can use the new time-clocks after midnight on Sunday, March 25th. (click here for Hourly Employee "How-to-Guide" for eTIME)
ADP time-clocks permit you to:
· Clock in/out using your ADP number and index fingerprint (download instructions, click here)
· View annual/sick day accruals
· View and approve your timecard and schedule

Civil Service Commission's Pay Plan
On May 4, 2018 the New Orleans City Council approved the first phase of increases to the classified pay plan to be effective as of May 6, 2018. This phase provides a 10% base salary increase for Airport employees in the Airport Administrative Support Series (Intern to IV), Regular and Senior Airport Communication Specialists, Airport Communication Supervisors, Airport Systems Specialists, and Airport Systems Supervisors. These classifications were prioritized by the Civil Service Commission and City Council because they fell below the pay grade of 50 or were directly affected by compression from a classification under that pay grade.
