IT HELP DESK
The Help Desk is a single point of contact for all of your IT support needs and helps ensure that the IT Department is always serving you in the most expedient way possible.When you have an issue that requires assistance from the IT Department, please use one of the following options:
Option 1: Email your request to help.desk@flymsy.com from your smartphone or any computer
Option 2: If you are on NOAB’s network, visit the Help Desk website at http://helpdesk/portal on Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. Firefox and other browsers will work as well, but you will need to log in with your flymsy account.
Only if you are unable to access email or the web, call the IT Help Desk extension at 7543, and a support technician will create a ticket on your behalf.
Everyone in the IT Department will receive your request and assign it so that you receive the fastest service possible.
Be sure to include the following information at a minimum:
- A brief description of the current problem or issue
- Any pertinent details on when the problem arose
- If this or a similar issue has happened before
- The best way for IT to get back in touch with you
- Any related or helpful screenshots of error messages and related information
